Dr. Dacyshyn will continue her practice virtually. Online video and phone appointments are available and can be booked online (link below), by phone or email.

• If physical exam is needed, Dr.Dacyshyn will liaise with your family MD or another practitioner to get that done for you.

• Supplements can be purchased through her online pharmacy, Fullscript or sourced elsewhere.

• Bloodwork, stool testing, hormone testing and others available as required.

For anyone who is not comfortable with virtual appointments, she will be happy to refer you to someone that she trusts to continue the work that was started together, and can forward your info to your new practitioner.
